In this role, Josh oversees all aspects of procurement, including IT hardware, software licensing and renewals, vendor management, and process optimization. He is responsible for implementing procurement strategies that streamline operations, strengthen vendor partnerships, and ensure CIS continues to deliver cost-effective, reliable solutions to its clients. Josh brings over nine years of experience at CIS, where he has held multiple leadership positions spanning Dispatch, Field Services, and Provisioning. His background in managing teams, building operational processes, and supporting large-scale client initiatives gives him a comprehensive understanding of both the technical and strategic needs of CIS’s customers. As Director of Procurement, Josh is focused on establishing scalable procurement practices, integrating technology-driven processes, and aligning vendor relationships with CIS’s long-term business objectives.
