He streamlines the troubleshooting and escalation processes for the team, ensures that his team members have access to training and promotions, and strategically steers the support and field services team to offer the best customer service and SLA as possible.
John has over a decade of experience in steering network support operations for internet service providers and consumers, which includes Verizon Wireless Corporate, Netifice Communications, and Epoch Networks. John is passionate about maintaining support consistency across emerging and legacy technologies for deployments of up to over ten thousand end points.
John has a BA in liberal studies from California State Polytechnic Pomona, an MA in political science from CSUF, and a JD from Washington College of Law at American University.
