Desirae Weber plays a vital role in maintaining Human Resources and culture at CIS. She found her passion for setting up people for success and HR during her enlistment in the Marine Corps with a role as an Admin Specialist. Her duty station assignment was to Marine Barracks, Washington, D.C., also known as “8th & I.”
Before CIS, Weber worked for a non-profit called Big Brother Big Sister Organization. She has a BA in Human Resource Development from Hawaii Pacific University as well as a Masters of Science in Human Resource Management from USC.
Desirae continuously lives up to the Marine Corps’ core values of honor, courage and commitment and takes all she learned and experienced in the military to the civilian workforce.
